PakVIP Terms and Conditions – Rules That Govern Your Use of Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pakvip ("pakvip", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pakvip.ws. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pakvip platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on pakvip, including but not limited to online slots, crash games, roulette, table games, fishing games, live dealer games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available from time to time. Pakvip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the pakvip platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

To register and use the pakvip platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be aged 18 years or above. Pakvip is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access or accounts for minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not hold player accounts on pakvip.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any financial sanctions, terrorism financing, or anti-money-laundering watchlist applicable in Pakistan or internationally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of a pakvip employee or contractor, unless written approval has been granted by management.
• You must not be self-excluded from pakvip or have an active exclusion order in place. Self-excluded players who attempt to re-register will have any subsequent accounts closed and balances confiscated.

Pakvip may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Registration at pakvip requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to supply a valid mobile number or email address, a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

One account per person is the absolute rule at pakvip. You may not register more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's details. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person or household device – based on IP address, payment method, device fingerprint, or any other indicator – pakvip reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately without notice.
• Confiscate all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all associated accounts.
• Permanently ban the player from the pakvip platform.

You must notify pakvip immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Pakvip cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Pakvip accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your pakvip wallet in PKR.

Pakvip does not charge any deposit fee. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside pakvip's control. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited. The name on the payment account must match the name registered on your pakvip account. Deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals at pakvip are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This same-method policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. If your original deposit method is unavailable, pakvip support will work with you to arrange an alternative verified method.

There is no minimum withdrawal amount at pakvip. You may withdraw any available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed any applicable identity verification checks.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements on your account must be completed or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal of real-money funds is possible.
• The withdrawal must be to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to you.
• Pakvip reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 in a 30-day period.

Standard withdrawal processing time at pakvip is under five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to four hours. Pakvip does not charge withdrawal fees from the platform side.

Pakvip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free plays, and referral bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the general Terms below plus any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses at pakvip carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) before the bonus and any winnings from it can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of Rs 10,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Pakvip may void winnings generated from bets that exceed the stated maximum bonus bet amount.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any behaviour indicating bonus abuse – including but not limited to coordinated play, pattern betting, or exploitation of low-risk bet strategies – will result in the bonus being voided.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, payment method, or IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts is considered fraud.

All games offered on the pakvip platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI Games, Spribe, NetEnt, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface before any bet is placed.

All slot and table games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that is regularly tested and audited by independent testing laboratories. Crash games use cryptographic provably fair algorithms. Pakvip does not and cannot influence game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of any individual player's results in any session.

In the event of a malfunction or technical error during gameplay, pakvip reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the player's wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. This applies to all game categories without exception.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakvip platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, display bugs, or software glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discovered bug will be forfeited.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games or live dealer tables.
• Money laundering – using pakvip to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Pakvip cooperates fully with all legal authorities on anti-money-laundering investigations.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods belonging to another person without their explicit consent and proper legal authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pakvip staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse deposits after using funds to place bets (chargeback fraud).

Pakvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to suspected violation of these Terms, security concerns, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited activity, pakvip may freeze account funds pending investigation for up to 90 days.

You may request closure of your own pakvip account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to there being no ongoing compliance review. Bonus balances and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Pakvip collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pakvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and communicate with you about your account and promotions.
• Pakvip does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@pakvip.ws. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Pakvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all players, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be reversed for 24 hours after any increase request.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from pakvip. Pakvip will honour self-exclusion requests immediately and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your failure to read and comply with these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or outages beyond pakvip's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any nature whatsoever.

Nothing in these Terms limits pakvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Pakvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes – those that substantially affect your rights as a player – will be communicated via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the pakvip platform at least seven days before taking effect, where practicable. Minor corrections or clarifications may be updated without individual notification.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. Archived versions of prior Terms are available upon written request to support@pakvip.ws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pakvip is registered and licensed. In the event of a dispute between you and pakvip, you agree to first contact the pakvip support team in good faith to attempt resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.

Disputes regarding game outcomes, transaction processing, or account decisions may be escalated to pakvip management in writing at support@pakvip.ws. Pakvip will respond to escalated disputes within ten business days with a written decision. Any decisions made by pakvip regarding game outcomes are final where certified RNG technology has functioned correctly and the result is independently verifiable.
